Do I need to know how to build a website?
You do not need to build the website yourself. Melo helps prepare your store, while you focus on your brand, audience, and introducing your store.
How do partners earn?
Earnings come from the difference between the selling price and the product base price on successful transactions. Income is not guaranteed, and business expenses and partnership terms still apply.
Is a deposit required, and what are the fees?
This program model does not require a partner deposit for product stock. Service fees, domain needs, design changes, special prices, and other terms are discussed on WhatsApp before mutual agreement.
When can I withdraw earnings?
Earnings from successful transactions have a 3-day waiting period. You can then request a payout once your balance is available. Receipt time depends on review, processing schedules, and agreed payout terms.
What happens to failed or refunded transactions?
Transaction status and resolution follow review and service terms. Failed or refunded transactions do not count toward earnings from successful sales. The Melo team helps coordinate resolution.
